Early in her career, she established herself as a successful commercial property manager in Washington, D.C., and declined a significant promotion opportunity in commercial real estate in Louisville, KY, choosing instead to return to her roots and family in Fairbanks and work with her father, establishing Denali Capital Management in 2003.
After her father’s retirement in 2019, Heather joined Arbor. Heather was born and raised in Fairbanks, and she graduated from Monroe High School in 1995. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Outside of work, you can find Heather with her husband and two daughters, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
