Michele combines her passion for Digital Assets and expertise with data systems to serve as Compliance Analyst with Arbor Digital. Her information systems experience and background with financial services regulation also supports parent Arbor Capital with data efficient systems.
In 2011 she came across an in-depth system design article that explored the intersectionality of law, technology, and economic society with enterprise blockchain technology adoption. She became instantly hooked because she understood traceable decisions would fundamentally redesign the relationship of markets and society to one of fellowship.
Before joining Arbor Capital, Michele worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the insurance and risk management industry. She obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Concordia University – Wisconsin in 2013 and is currently working toward a Masters of Computer Science from University of Illinois.
